I usually have a pea fritter & piece of Cod. The pea fritters are the best! Always really crispy, crunchy batter & loads of filling. Likewise, the fish batter is always crispy & the fish tastes fresh. Staff are lovely & friendly-no complaints!

Excellent fish and chips in the heart of Newbury.
Lots of options on the menu - although all the expected classics are there. All the fish dishes are tasty and well battered, and hold up well even for take away. They also offer a Doner Meat main, which is a nice change for party members who don’t fancy fish!
Lots of kids options, and plenty of interesting sides too. Portion sizes are very generous but not extreme, and lots of choices for drinks (albeit all of them simple cans or bottles).
There is some seating in store (although quite limited) - useful if you’re desperate for a place to stop and have a bite to eat, but clearly the store is mainly intended for take away rather than dining in.

Amazing fish and chips and the portions was fantastic I have had a lot of fish and chips up and down the uk and these were some of the best I have ever had! Great friendly staff served with a smile. I will definitely be coming back again and again !!!

The Staff is really very polite and cheerful. Quality and Taste is always as expected. Cod Fish & Battered sausage are my all time favourite . Superrb place must visit once .
