Visited Zizzi on a Tuesday night and was surprised to see it was busy which made for a nice atmosphere. I ordered from the specials menu which was 3 courses for 24.00, real value for money. These were dishes from the main menu and lots of choice between starters, mains and desserts. I had Tiger prawns to start, ravioli for main and tiramsu for dessert. I could not fault the food it was delicious. My friend said his was the best pizza he'd had. The service was attentive and excellent. I'm definitely going back when i visit Newbury and already searching to see where the nearest one is to where I live.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, disappointed with the food as ragu pasta (GF) was overcooked and too little sauce = dry. Choc pudding could have been heated more but was tasty :)

Great meal, the place was busy but food came quick and was hot. We even had a miss ordered item and the corrected very quickly…. Definitely worth a visit!!!!

We just had dinner in this amazing italian restaurant and i read wrong the menu so i got something that i didn't like, and they changed for another plate so quickly and without fuss. really grateful to our waitress Carla.

We visited Zizi’s on Wednesday evening this week, very much a last minute decision, and I’m so pleased we did. Great service from the outset very welcoming, we ordered from the 3 course menu at a set price which was good value. All the food we ate was delicious and well presented and the portion sizes were good as well. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you, just wish I had got our waiters name he was brilliant. We will be back.

We had such a lovely welcome from the guy at the front of house.
We were seated at our pre-booked table which was laid out nicely and ready for us.
The waiter was nice but there was a little something missing in terms of interaction, time to take order etc.
I think it's always nice when the waiting staff come to check if everything is OK or if you need anything else which did happen but when we needed something else it was difficult to get anyone's attention.
The food was lovely and as you'd expect from a chain but it was well cooked and well presented.
Overall a lovely experience and would recommend. 🙂
