This little hidden gem was recommended to us. We booked a table yesterday for a family of four. The staff were incredibly attentive and the food was amazing even for my picky children! We’ve decided it will be our new regular! Highly recommend a visit!

Food was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend it, with amazing service and people. One of the top 3 restaurants in my opinion! If you come here, I would definitely recommend the Slow Smoked Beef Ribs! Everything was absolutely perfect!

Amazing food!!!! Amazing staff who where super welcoming and attentive and friendly . The slow cooked beef ribs and pulled pork was perfection �. Also very nice selection of Bourbons to tantalise the taste buds ! . A real taste of Texas living at a great price �🖒. Highly recommend

Very tasty food really enjoyed it and the service brilliant real friendly staff and a wonderful experience definitely will be going again I have to go back soon and try the biscuits and gravy all ways wonted to try that now I no this place does it can’t wait watch this space xx
Food was amazing, the staff really give you all the background into the food prep and they are really helpful, there was 13 of us 2 being a 2 year old toddler and a 5 year old, there were even toys and a seating area for us to sit with them!! 5 star from all the party
Lovely birthday breakfast with lovely attention to detail! The chef made a Mickey Mouse shaped pancake for our little girl with went down a treat! So nice having a place like this on our doorstep.
If you haven’t been...you need to go! A hidden gem with a beautiful setting! I was mesmerised by all of the quirky trinkets scattered around the joint! Greets by lovely, warm staff who have excellent knowledge of the food and drinks! I’ll definitely be revisiting! Excited for next time!

Fantastic food, great service very reasonable prices. Rob, Boss Hogg and staff are very attentive and make you feel very welcome. On the plus side as well I am severely disabled and partially sighted and had 5 star service, and I am bit messy !!!

Spotted a menu for this place and was intrigued by the back story, A1 authentic prepping the Bbq for later whilst we arrived for breakfast. Venue is well presented without being over the top. Service was excellent and informative regarding the menu and our questions about the lunch / evening food. We had Chicken & Waffles and pancakes & bacon. Both beautifully cooked, light and fluffy batter that goes exceptionally with the savoury elements. Highly recommended.
Great range of food and drink. You could tell that all of the food was freshly prepared and the flavours were great. There was a live band on tonight and there was a can atmosphere. We will definitely go back

Amazing food and first class chicken wings. I've eaten at a lot of good BBQ places (grillstock, reds, meatopia) and these were hands down the best chicken wings. The rest of the food was good and so was the beer. It was also nice to be served by the Texan owner which only added to the authenticity of it. Also you can see the huge smoker that he uses out the front. I wanted this to be the place that got my first 5* rating and it was sooooo close, if only Google let you rate things as 4.5 stars 😎
Food was amazing. Would recommend this place to ANYONE. Great value and a nice atmosphere; you feel like your in Texas! Great singer on (Shaun Walker) who played amazing background music and not to loud so you can still talk and feel comfortable. Can't wait to go back. Stoke On Trent and surrounding areas must visit!!! 👌👌👌
There is no option for 6 stars but if there was, I'd rate it. Great staff who are really friendly and the music was spot on. The JR burger is a must try, flavours were outstanding!! I've not been before and think I've found a new favourite.
Lovely, cosy. A great atmosphere and very friendly staff, can't do enough for you. A reasonable food menu and even a guitar/singer. Very pleasant. Also some quirky shops attached. Will definitely go again soon. Its attached to Slaters.
Had a terrific time here. The food was top notch (and plenty of it) and the management team were all over us making sure we had fun. Highly recommend if you want american style food, served brilliantly and in similar proportions to the USA/
Been here for the 1st time today. Fantastic place felt relaxed as soon as I entered. Staff was so helpful nothing was too much trouble. Food amazing would definitely recommend. Will be coming again next time we are around this way. Thank you
Just dropped in as we were passing & were greatly surprised! Really enjoyed all the meals, was far more of a plate full than we anticipated. Friendliest professional courteous staff, who were really great when showing & explaining their smoker, which they also use for outside catering bookings. The frog coffee was well worth a sample.
Making a deliberate journey to visit next time & that will be soon! 👍

The food was lovely staff are great however the fish was expensive for a small peace for the price I would expected a hole fish. The other food we had was well balanced so you can enjoy a starter, main and a pudding. Also the live music was a little to loud when your out for a meal I like to chat but we could not here each other very well but it was a nice touch just needs turning down a lot more to back ground music rather than a consert.

Lovely place extremely well decorated with an all American Texas theme. Extensive menu with something for everyone. Food was amazing, freshly cooked and prepared served with pride and enthusiasm, genuinely felt our server truly meant it when she said “enjoy your meal” the whole place has a refreshing ambiance, so good to find these places open again. Will definitely be visiting again soon and putting the word around too. A gem find & very pleasant location too.
Well decorated and quite unique. Took my son but wasn't really somewhere I would take him again as there was no kids menu so quite expensive for a 3 year old. Our food was lovely though and service was decent enough too.

Edit: well, came back a year later for another birthday meal and hasn't changed a bit!! Perfect food! Great servers and bartenders. Can't recommend this place enough! Very reasonably priced food which tastes amazing!
