Really nice place. Great food, bar, gift shop. Brilliant entertainment/ theatre. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Nice atmosphere. And safe.
Lovely little theatre with a circular seating plan so sometimes the action isn’t always in front of you. Building is well maintained and everything just works well. Small car park, but the Polite Vicar is next door with another car park their. Well worth a visit.
Wow just beautiful loved everything about this Theatre, the decor, the circular stage and seating, and what a show 👏 went to see uncle Eric amazing performance 👏 made me laugh and the music was just brilliant. I would definitely recommend this place and will be visiting again for sure.
We had a lovely lunch for four of us. Easy parking and cosy window seats, upstairs with a view of the rainy world outside. Prompt cheerful service. Good atmosphere, but not too crowded.
Lovely little theatre went to see Constant Companions. Absolutely loved it terrific acting from all the cast especially robot Jan. Only second time of visiting the New Vic as we are from Lancashire but hope to visit again soon.
The very best regional theatre has to offer. Super welcoming staff, great facilities and a wide range of shows for all tastes and ages. If you've never experienced theatre in the round, you don't know what you're missing, and the New Vic is as good as it gets.
Food, choir and comedy for £8.50, great value!! Tasty food, we were fortunate to get served first, poorly organised others were waiting a long time for prepared food! Comedy was ok, struggled to laugh at times. Excellent choir but only sang one song which was disappointing.

The restaurant is great with a good choice of tasty food and selection of drinks.
Absolutely love this theatre in the round. The set design never cease to impress! Staff are always friendly & helpful. It's always clean & warm, plus there's a bar, café & small gift shop. Love it!!
Great atmosphere at the recent Rosie Jones show, the theatre was nearly as good as Rosie
Be to the New Vic quite a few seen different types of show's. When recently with my daughter to see Rosie Jones, she was amazing 🌟
We go twice a year to see uncle Eric which is brilliant. If you like to sing along to 60's music go. The story lines and acting are hilariously bad but it is cult viewing

An amazing night listening to the Ronnie Scott's quintet ! Fantastic seating and an intimate atmosphere.
Time to have a drink before and during the interval . Food available too .

Really great evening watching 'Eric' in his latest production. Very funny and very talented performers with brilliant music. Can't wait for the Christmas show.
Astley's Astounding Adventures is fabulous creative entertainment by highly skilled performers/actors. The New Vic theatre in the round is a gem. Highly recommended.
My parents and I love to visit the New Vic - generally we'll come to see Ballet Cymru 'in the round'. The performance space is wonderful and the bar is well-stocked and there's always a great choice of drinks.
