The Milehouse

We didn't book till very late on for a 5.30 sitting. We were asked if it was a special occasion. My Grandaughter said it was her doll's (Sandy) Birthday ( she had wrapped presents up for her ). We were delighted when the waitress brought a Birthday card over for Sandy and two mocktails for our Grandchildren. They were absolutely over the moon..lovely meal and experience. Thank you

Booked for my daughter's 21st birthday and dropped room decorations off 2 days before. My mum and sister arrived first, and mum inquired about the decorations as none were out. They brought out some balloons that my sister placed accordingly on the table. When I arrived, I had to ask where we were seated as no one showed or told us where to go. I then inquired about the rest of the decorations and was told that they were in a store room. When those were located, I was asked if I wanted to put them out, to which I responded with 'well, I don't really see any point now, seeing as she is sitting right there?' Kyle was very apologetic and presented us with a bottle of complimentary prosecco. Other than this, the food was really good and enjoyed by everyone.
