It’s a lovely brunch place. You might need to stand in a cue a little bit but not for too long. I love their interior design. The menu is ok, maybe can be a bit more clean, but they do offer various options for food. French toast is good but it out too much cream which hurts my stomach a bit. The egg and beef sandwich is tasty but needs a bit less oily. Overall it is worth going, just keep in mind, that their breakfast/ brunch is heavy.

Fab little cafe serving freshly cooked food and great tasting coffee. Perfect spot for brunch! The banoffee French toast was amazing. Nice selection of cakes & brownies to, all served by friendly staff. Definitely recommend a visit 😊

Have been to Aidan’s Kitchen many times and have also tried the new Little Aidan’s. Food, service & atmosphere always excellent. Lovely people 🩷 Ordered a cake for my daughter’s Birthday which was absolutely delicious.

Luckily we managed to get a table on a busy morning. The food was tasty with generous portions. Never had Beef Rendang for breakfast before and the pancakes were light and fluffy. Well worth a visit.

We had the chance to try this lovely cafe on the bank holiday Friday. It was busy as expected and we didn't book a place earlier. Fortunately a couple were just leaving so we got a seat! Such a cute place with a nice ambience and very friendly staffs. We had the vegetarian full breakfast and French toast. A bit pricey but large portion and tastes amazing. Service was a bit slow, we had to wait half an hour for the food (hence not 5 stars) but it's worth the wait! Will definitely go again.. xx

What an amazing cafe. The staff are so friendly and the food was out of this world, probably one of the nicest full English's I've ever had. 100% be coming back when I next visit Newcastle.

So good! Friendly, great food and drink. Love it.
I think we looked like two excited dogs when we arrived and we were very full and content when we left.

Food top notch and prices amazing for the quality/portion size 😍 Veggie breakfast fast 12£ that had everything you needed it and smoothie super fresh !
Not too noisy but just lively as you can enjoy a nice conversation ☺️ staff absolutely amazing !
Overall best brunch place I've been in Newcastle ! ☺️

The staff were absolutely wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. Genuine smiles and conversation.
Food was very reasonably priced, portions were huge (the photo doesn't do the short rid justice!) - it could just do with a bit more punch, flavour wise.
That said, I will definitely be going back. It is lovely inside, food came fast and the staff were brilliant!

Great food, served in good time.
Some good alternative options for brunch.
Coffee was a big let down however, tasted old and no crème on top. Wasn't happy with the service charge either, service was fine but doesn't warrant a set service charge.

My son lives in studentsville and wanted to take me out to lunch. He had been here a few times and I wanted to try it. Thursday afternoon, it was lovely and sunny and was quite busy. We were told to wait outside whilst they got us a table ready (ok when the weather is good but I’d have been a bit gutted if it had been raining). After a couple of minutes the waitress beckoned us in and sat us at our table. Then she took our drinks order. The menu is small but epic. And great prices too. We got the short ribs and they absolutely delicious. The table service was excellent and service was quick. Overall good experience. My only slightly negative comment were table the ladies toilets were not that clean.

Nice food, brilliant cake however the Aidan’s hot chocolate was a little bland and the prices are high. None the less, the atmosphere of the cafe is great and the staff are friendly, unfortunately we arrived over 20 minutes late yet were still seated and didn’t feel rushed at all. Undoubtedly a lovely brunch spot in Sandyford, would definitely return, need to try the pancake stack!

Brilliant food and incredible service, always love it here, staff are friendly and the decor and vibes are unmatched! Fab playlist too 💃 only complaint is that there's an empty shelf which we definitely think could house another Diana Ross photo 😁 thanks so much for having us for my aunt's birthday brunch!

Fantastic place, great choice of food, served by friendly staff. The only problem is what to choose!

The full stack pancakes were AMAZING! Lovely and fluffy served with a high quality maple syrup and crispy, salty bacon which paired perfectly with the sweetness. It was delicious and absolutely enormous! The drinks were nice as well, excellent coffee and smoothies.
We went to Aidan’s last weekend and it definitely lived up to the high praise and popularity! I’d advise booking ahead or visiting for a late lunch (we went about 2pm on Saturday and there was no wait)

Food defo a 5/5 m. Like it was really nice even the pancakes were light and fluffy but the space was quite crowded and most likely because everyone knows how good it is. Would recommend but will be crowded and u might have to wait ! 😂

Amazing food. I will be telling everyone how amazing our experience was here. And the black pudding, yum. Poached eggs, perfect. And sour dough very tasty.
