Really great vegetarian food! We went in for the evening session and were thoroughly impressed. They have a lovely menu with a variety of cuisines. Would happily go back to sample it all.
Nice restaurant, with a good range of vegetarian meals. The food was fresh, and obviously home cooked. Good to have a selection of vegetarian burgers on the menu, rather than just the one! Will come back when next in Newcastle.
Great tasting, good value food in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. Service can be slow at busy times but the food's worth the wait. Menu changes every two months so it never gets boring. What's not to love? Seasonal menus, build your own brunch, perfect for vegetarians and vegans, cosy decor, amazing value, homemade everything (including bacon and vegan cheese), takeaway available and a deli next door. Sky Apple café, please keep doing what you're doing.
At first glance, I wasn't a fan of the ambiance with its strange blue skies. But it's actually quite nice. The food is delicious and there's plenty of vegan choices, prices are reasonable, and the staff are very friendly. The café has its unique personable charm. I've come back several times and wil
The chef at the cafe is a genius and the menu changes monthly. The atmosphere is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.
First time visit, went for the club sandwich which was very tasty and my son went with the cheese burger and salad which was also very tasty and the side salad was almost a meal in itself, good selection of veggie dishes with a children's menu also. Decent selection of hot, cold and alcoholic drinks
Lovely cafe with clouds on the walls. The food comes in decent portions. The menu is varied with both veggie and vegan options. Only thing is that if you're like me and coriander tastes like soap avoid the re fried beans. Enjoy!
Very good veggie burger & a great selection of hot and cold food to take away (not to mention the homemade cakes!_
