Quirky little place, amazing for breakfast. I have the American Pancakes with bacon and syrup and they were great. Staff were very laid back and helpful. If you're in the area highly recommend you stop by for the breakfast or bunch menu! 5 Stars from me. They also offer Gluten Free options too!
Excellent breakfast. Coffee with refills, and nice friendly but not overbearing staff. Fantastic place to people watch in the morning.
Staff didn't acknowledge that us until we asked if it was table service, but that was the only issue. Went for breakfast, which was fantastic; the pancakes were perfect and the coffee was also great.
Very tasty cooked breakfast in the surroundings of an old record shop. The "jukebox" was an old record player with a fine selection of classic vinyl to sample while you enjoy your coffee.
Amazing place. Good atmosphere food is top notch loads of coffee and the music is what ever you want it to be the choice is yours
Great hot chocolate, friendly staff. No changing unit in the toilets, so it is a nogo with babies :(
Unique cafe with a great breakfast for cheap! Great customer service.
Recommended for breakfast. I tried the 'Lumberjack', though I swapped out one of the sausages for some beans. All was really good especially the pancakes. Decent coffee too. Nice vibe, although it was quiet at 7.30am.
Best breakfast in Newcastle! Absolutely phenomenal homemade pancakes, the decor is beautiful and music is even better. Definitely worth a visit, far superior to other cafes/ restaurants for brekkie.
I have visited both cafes and had great service in them. I recently visited the cafe they have in the Grainger Market Newcastle. Fantastic stock of records that are being refreshed with new stock all the time. On this visit I bought three LPs not only was the price fantastic the conversation from th
Very nice little place, went here every morning on my trip to Newcastle. Food was good and the coffee was some of the best I've had in any cafe I've been to. Staff really laid back and friendly too.
Yet again another amazing experience. We all had various pancake breakfasts some with Nutella, some with bacon and maple syrup. We played some motorhead, Michael Jackson and then a 80s power ballad album. I think the other guests were in awe of our musical dexterity. The food is great, the coffe
Great little place, nice breakfast, quality ingredients, friendly staff. Food cooked to order. Good stock of second hand vinyl. My kind of place.
