Great cafe, rustic, old cottage type vibe. Seating area outside, also inside they have both upstairs and downstairs. Lots of choices, I had the veggie business which was delicious (apart from the veggie sausages - they kinda reminded me of boiled hotdogs rather than sausages). Huge cake selection!
wow, food is so lovely here and now i see why it is popular! Staff very friendly & helpful, my granny really enjoyed her food her and she wants to come back! Would definitely recommend for a light bite!
Went here mainly for eggs benedict. It was good but the eggs were not runny which had been our expectation. Beautiful Latte art and my hot chocolate was good too. + for the nice crockery.
What a bloody fantastic place to visit and the food is absolutely delicious. I had the Thai chicken soup and the others had vegetable soup that was very good as well. Children’s menu available and the choice of sweets things with a coffee (take out available) is very good as well. Takes American E
Popped in for the first time on a Saturday morning, thankfully before the huge queues developed, so only had a short wait. Great menu with lots to choose from. Staff are calm, and more around serenely despite being super busy. The food was excellent, coffee was OK- had better, had worse! I'd def
Busy Sunday morning visit. Lovely environment for a Sunday breakfast. Coffee is really great quality - definitely enough to wake you up /see off a hangover! Food was good and portion sizes were spot on. Would've expected a little more care over each element of a dish for the price - not much seasoni
We decided to go for breakfast on the bank holiday after Christmas and while most places were closed after searching online we found that this place was open and decided to give it a try. We got there early enough that it was busy but there were still some seats available. We had a quick look in th
I ordered a “mozzarella cheese with sun-dried tomato and pesto Panini “ from the lunch menu, I have them change the cheese to halloumi; it was really delicious 😋, the coffee was great too!
Excellent find - staff were lovely, couldn’t be friendlier! Breakfast was great, coffee even better and reasonably priced. Quite busy which is a good indicator of how well it’s liked by the locals…outdoor seating available too for those nicer days.
Really great food, but the service was a little slow. We had lunch here and there are loads of options, all around £7-9. I had a salad and it was delicious, and a pretty big portion too. They do table service which is great, but we did struggle to catch the attention of servers a few times so ended
A nice restaurant in the city centre. Lovely interior and a decent selection of food. A little pricey but normal for the location.
Overall amazing, what let it down slightly was the slow drinks service. But the food made up more than enough, arguably some of the best food I've had in Newcastle. Great for a bite to eat even if it's a bit pricey for a cafe but well worth it. The hot drinks were slightly on the luke warm side by
Lovely little café, great selection of food, my strawberry milkshake was delicious and the salmon and avocado open sandwich was also good. Only negative is I specifically asked for no coleslaw and I got given some anyway.
I usually take pictures, but I was just was so hungry I just ate. I really enjoyed my breakfast burrito and flat white coffee. Burrito had just the right amount of heat. Coffee was strong and not foamy as a flat white should be. I thought it was all excellent and the service was fantastic. Sat at th
Food was great. It did take 45 minutes from ordering to the food turning up, but that was probably just because it was breakfast on a Saturday. It was also quite noisy, but probably the same reason. I'll probably be back if I'm in the area maybe.
Amazing breakfast and atmosphere. We had breakfast burritos which were filled to the brim with super tasty and crispy bacon, good sausages with chilli jam. Coffees were amazing too, recommend the special raspberry mocha! Make sure to get there early as it was full by around 10:45 on a Saturday morn
enjoyed amazing breakfast, everything was very tasty, fresh and beautifully served! Wide range of meals and some vegan options. There were also many homemade cakes and biscuits. Highly recommend
