Food was very good. I'm not a vegan, but I do eat vegan stuff a lot. First time eating here, we had the jack shawarma and the bfc burger. Both were very very nice. We paid £26 for two meals. But it was well worth it. Definitely recommend for the nice food and the good selection of beers.
The food was amazing!! I would highly recommend. The vegan sunday dinner was delicious. Lovely little pub with a great outside seating area. Lovely atmosphere.
Although a little out of the way, the food and drinks here were excellent. Service was polite and quick, and the area was very nice. Will happily go back next time in Newcastle.

Afternoon drinking with the lads, the sun shining in the beer garden and a great vibe in here, what more to say. Very friendly pub as we got chatting to lots of other people doing the same thing. Didn't have food as the menu was more vegetarian than we expected, don't let this put you off, we had our heart set on meat lol so decided to move on for food.
Food was absolutely fantastic and came out in great time considering how busy they were. Staff were lovely and friendly and the prices are reasonable. We had the vegan pork Sunday dinner and it was beautiful. Would recommend for anyone looking for amazing vegan food and a good atmosphere for a few pints in newcastle
Lovely vegan food that myself and my partner loved, as did my non vegan parents. Nice atmosphere, pleasant and helpful staff. And a good variety of options on the menu, and behind the bar.

First time there. Good 👍 selection of proper beer at reasonable prices. Seem a popular venue. Service good 👍 never had a meal but looks like a good menu. All in all worth a visit
Heaving on a Friday night we managed to get a seat in their games corner so had to play Articulate! Loads of beers to choose from. Close to the Cluny so if you sit outside you often hear their show too.
