I've eaten all over the city and this is the best restaurant going. The hot small eats are amazing, get the salt and chilli squid. Service is friendly and efficient and prices are super reasonable. Go.

The best meal I've ever had in my life!. I was brought to this restaurant with a friend and I was apprehensive because I'd never had Japanese before.

Since I'd never had this food before my friend ordered for me, he ordered 'Northern Pork Dumplings with Ramen Noodles in Soup' for himself and 'Beef Shin with Ramen Noodles in Soup' for me and some 'Tuna Sashimi' for us to share.

In short this meal was unexpectedly the best I've had in my life, the food was perfect, I honestly couldn't fault a thing.

Will be going back again very soon.

The beef noodle soup was tasty and well seasoned, with plenty of tender beef. Would have preferred some condiments on the table like chilli oil etc, but not a big deal. Pleasant staff and atmosphere. I had no problem getting a table on Saturday lunchtime.

Visited this place second time, loved the food and service this time as well. Would’ve given 5 stars if the prices would’ve stayed same. But I’ll visit again, as the quality and taste is worth the price.

Absolutely fantastic meal! Quick service, tasty, well flavoured food and beautiful sushi rolls. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I don't know why this restaurant wasn't rammed, I'd be going every week if I lived around here - try the lotus root 😍

We had a very tasty dinner here and would recommend if you’re looking for a yummy pan asian spot in Newcastle (although there seems to be plenty!). Their menu is extensive with sushi, rice dishes and noodles so plenty of choice for everyone! We went for the prawn and tofu spicy ramen and the crispy duck noodles. Both delicious and enjoyed with a fragrant bottle of wine (reasonably priced at £18). Only flaw was it closed at 9pm so make sure you book 7:30 at the latest.

Had a great meal here! I went with my vegan brother and there were so many excellent options, I went for the vegan ones too! Staff were lovely and welcoming. Had the chocolate fondant for dessert which was one of the best I've ever had.

Visited as part of a celebration for mum's birthday. It just happened to be Newcastle Restaurant week also. Booked a table for lunch they do also accept walk ins.

Food was delicious, and great value for money. Unfortunately there was a fly in one of our dishes. The severs rectified this for us. Was very good.

The food was amazing, I normally don't finish my food at restaurants but I had the Hot and Spicy chicken ramen noodles soup and it was too good to leave any.

We ordered Peking toasted duck and savory Japanese Ramen. The flavors were exquisite, and the dining experience was enhanced by the delightful combination of authentic cuisine, warm service, and a charming ambiance. I am thoroughly relishing it and eagerly back again. Already got my hands on a loyalty card!

I have been coming here for years now, every time I come newcastle I will go as a little treat. The food is always fresh and extremely flavourful. The staff are extremely attentive yet not intrusive. The location is slightly hidden off the beat and track, but it is close to all possible amenities and is not difficult to find. The restaurant is always full, and wait times to get in are low.

Great choice of Asian dishes, from 'small plates' to larger main course dishes and sushi. We find the sushi here better than anywhere else in Newcastle. Ingredients are fresh and sushi is well made. There's a good range of very tasty Futomaki rolls, which are particularly good value for how many you get, whilst the Nigiri are lovely and fresh. Service is fine, and unfussy. It's a good idea to order a few dishes and add more as you go along. Restaurant itself is maybe a little tired but clean.

I have been here a couple of times and am always impressed with the food. I am a vegetarian so I always look forward to going to a place where I can get ramen. I ordered the tofu and mushrooms ramen with avocado sushi. The bobas
