I would say JJCafe it’s the most authentic Malaysian restaurant in Newcastle. Ordered rojak and Mee Siam, both didn’t disappoint me and it’s flavourful! 😋 definitely will be back again!

Very authentic Malaysian food, run by a Malaysian couple. Love it and I go here once or twice a week, even every day if I lived nearer and could afford it! Can be busy sometimes as it's just the two people running the entire place along with delivery and takeout services, but good for a relaxing mea
Every time when I visit my son in Newcastle i wan’t to diner at JJ’s. Normaly I order very spicy, at JJ’s it’s medium. Delicious food. Outstanding soup. And very friendly service. In a simple restaurant you can enjoy delicious meals. I look forward to my next visit.
Been craving the complex, fragrant, tasty flavours of Malaysian cuisine since visiting the country. This place delivers authentic, incredible flavoursome dishes at really really good value. Fed 4 people for under £30.
