Went to chillies last night for the first time as we found it by accident a few days befor. On entering we where greeted warmly by a lovely Indian guy who showed us immediately to a lovely well presented table he asked us what drinks we would like and if we wanted some pappadoms witch were served within a few mins. The sauces that came with them were very flavor some and I could have just ordered them all night they where fantastic. We the ordered our starters witch where served within 5 mins and where amazing brought out piping hot and had so much flavor to them and just the right amount. Then we ordered our mains again the service was excellent and fast altho there was a bit much I asked to take half home. I have never tastes a korma so rich in flavor it was delicious. We then waited for around 15 mins and ordered a desert and I must say it was well worth the money. The service was given with a smile and the lovely Indian guy even brought out a jug of water for me as I drink a lot whilst I am eating. Will definitely be going again and would recommend it to anyone wishing to go for a meal.
We have been to this restaurant quite a few times and I must say it was fabulous as usual they do the food exactly the way you want it gorgeous and they have a special offer on at the minute starter main course rice and soft drink for only Β£9.95 from 5 pm till 7 you can also bring your own alcohol which is even better definitely recommend this restaurant it's one of the best
Went here on a groupon deal otherwise I would have never known it was there but what a super place. The staff were lovely they must have a terrific chef as the food was fantastic It's great to eat in as you take your own drinks too.
This is by far the best Indian restaurant in Newcastle the staff are very friendly and the food is out of this world. It is my husband's birthday and we thought of this place as our first choice as they also do a takeout service. Would recommend this amazing restaurant to anyone totally amazing, and can't wait for my food tonight.
This is my favourite Indian restaurant i try to visit once a week to dine in , the food is amazing good portion size and full of flavour , the staff are really friendly and do there best to make you feel welcome :)
I've been a few times now and never been less than 100% impressed. The restaurant is small, but homely. You are always guaranteed a warm welcome from genial host Hossain and his team. It seems as if a lot of the customers are regulars, as there is a tangible rapport between customers and staff.
Of course, none of this matters at all if the food isn't good. Fortunately Chillies delivers every time. I like to experiment, so I will ask for a recommendation from Hossain. So far he has been spot on and I have been introduced to lots of new and exotic flavours. The portions are very good and nothing ever gets wasted!!
A little gem of a restaurant and well worth making the effort to seek it out.
Not only is the food fantastic but the owner, Hossain, is the best, most attentive and polite host ever. We have just been invited to Chillies' first birthday along with about 30 other people. We were all treated to a fantastic three course meal by Hossain who took the time to talk to us all individually, continually making sure we had everything we needed. His friendly welcoming manner comes naturally to him and he is a true gentleman. We wish him a long and successful career. He deserves the best. Other restaurant owners should take a leaf out of his book. He truly values his customers as friends. Thank you Hossain.
Love Chillies fab food and staff going Monday night
We've been here twice with my family, last night 6 of us went and had a lovely meal. Amazing food (best Indian in Newcastle!), excellent service, reasonable prices and very pleasant staff :)
Great place to eat, I love the food and they are all so nice to us, we are so well looked after. Don't want to say to much in case we go one night and it to busy and we can't get a table. Well done Chillies. x

From the care taken with the delivery to the amazing depth of flavour of the food itself, this was a very special takeaway meal.
The main and starter arrived in a bag that sealed the heat in. The delivery man was lovely and was holding my poppadoms in a separate bag to ensure they arrived intact. The food was stunningly good.
I will most certainly be back !

Got a Just Eat delivery from here arrived on time and still hot! I got the Punjabi Chilli Chicken Tikka (Hot) which was nice i also got a Garlic Nan and A King Prawn Bhuna.. the Nan could have done with more Garlic butter on it but it was really nice and soft and tasted quite nice. The Bhuna wasnt the usual style im used too being quite yellow in colour and really oniony however that being said it did actually taste nice especially the big juicy prawns. All in all it was a nice meal πππ
Become our go-to place for curry after trying many, many restaurants/takeaways. Great range of dishes, generous portions sizes, good price and always delivered piping hot.
Authentic indian food. Ordered garlic naan and matar paneer. Really liked it.
