Me and my sister came for bottomless brunch and served by Finley. He was very attentive to us the whole time, friendly, professional and very lovely! He was very quick at serving us and would definitely come back again, he’s made a great impression
Came here for bottomless brunch for my birthday and Alex and Jack were amazing! They knew service was a bit slow so recommend we got 2 drinks at once. When they came they gave us 3 drinks each. Which we really appreciated (except at the end when we were struggling to drink them 😅) food was perfect a
Had to pop into this venue as I was a little lost whilst trying to find another venue on the quayside.
Also used the toilet facilities (and purchased a bottle of water).
Looked absolutely stunning inside. Wasn't busy (but it was a Wednesday afternoon). Very spacious with plenty of areas to dine.

Today we had Lauren serving us at quayside Newcastle. Absolutely amazing service & incredible atmosphere. I can honestly say in all the bottomless brunches I’ve been to this is by far the best & most friendliest service I’ve received. What an absolute pleasure Lauren was & is to this company.

We had Josh as our server and he was amazing made sure we had everything we needed constantly and was just really happy so it made us feel comfortable. Food and drinks are unreal and the atmosphere was class, thanks so so much x

Was looking for somewhere to have a breakfast on a Saturday morning after a gruelling park run. The quayside on The Tyne is the place to find The Slug & Lettuce. Staff are very friendly, really knowledgable and make you feel welcome straight away. Great choice of seating with clear views up and down

Our server was Ellie and she was lovely. She was super quick with our drinks and really made it an experience. The food was good and so were the drinks. The interior is really modern and sets an atmosphere for a good bight.
Such an awesome experience due to our service from josh today! :) he was so lovely and kept a big smile on his face the entire time even under the excessively busy and stressful conditions he was working in this Saturday. Hope he gets as much praise as he deserves :D
Great food, nice location, good service. Drawback was it was SO loud that most of the people in the restaurant were literally yelling at each other!.. Made dinner a little less than desirable with the noisy distraction.

Stayed for bottomless brunch. The food was lovely. Had the focaccia and avocado. Service was fab- Josh let us know if there was a delay in our drinks and brought them over as quick as he could. Never ran dry of prosecco!!!
We came for bottomless brunch with my wife, brother and his Mrs and the service, value and service was first class. Oliver was our server and I hope his manager reads this because he gave us the best service and made our visit all that much better. I couldn’t recommend this more highly, great value
