One of the nicest groups of staff I’ve ever encountered in a coffee shop, they’re always smiling and helpful, even when it’s crazily busy, or even just before close. Astonishing hot coco and excellent staff members in Pret Newcastle. Would love to know when the Christmas menu is available soon as it’s our favourite time of year with the wife. Well done Pret!
The ladies at the till today were very amiable. I couldn’t read their name tags but they were in between 15-16. My drinks were also pretty spot on :)
Service is always good. And a guy named Alex is always friendly. He should be getting a pay rise for his customer service alone. Good work go guys.
Their newly introduced Turmeric Latte with Coconut Rice is AMAZING! Everyone should give it go! Deeply soothing drink! Most of the drinks are fairly priced as compared to other high street coffee shops!
staff are all very nice and i never have any problems. been coming here for ages using subscription and it’s more than worth it. only thing i’d say is they often run out of certain drink options but that’s to be expected later on in the day.

Lots of respect for the staff! Really busy all the time with people who mostly get coffee for free. They stay calm, even when no one comes to pick up their coffee, which they called out several times.
Gonna support them for the months that I’m here!

This is another fine example of Pret A Manger. There was a long queue to get in because they were restricting the number of customers allowed in the store at any one moment as part their social distancing measures. the staff were polite and helpful.
Great. Very friendly staff. Always a pleasure to visit. The place is clean, well maintained and the service efficient. Heidi is a superstar - very welcoming and serves every cup with a smile.
I like the Pesto Pasta Salad Box it was delicious, convenient place especially when you work near the city and the place is clean to sit down, it does get busy especially lunch time, but love this place and the food.
The staff are always friendly. The filter coffee is too strong for me, but ok with plenty of milk. What's more is that's it's only 99p, or 49p if you bring your own cup!
Really Polite and Happy staff, great selection of food and fast service! The Chocolate Frape is my favourite; i do recommend everyone who likes chocolate to try this as there is no taste of coffee.
