Enjoyed a lovely breakfast here this morning served by a friendly welshman! Coffee was creamy and the fried egg roll (£4.40) was heavenly, especially with hash browns added. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but definitely pay this place a visit as it’s such good value for money and fuelled us
This place is/was brilliant: best of everything. Best coffee, best breakfast sandwiches, best grilled cheese sandwiches, best club sandwich I've EVER had, lovely staff... I'm really hoping it can reopen in some form.
Genuinely one of my favourite places to get coffee in Newcastle. Oat flat whites are consistently good!
Guinness cake is yummy and really recommend the halloumi burger. Staff are lovely!
Appears to be formerly part of a petrol station and very close to The Biscuit Art Gallery. Appropriately, the interior and exterior of the cafe is have an eclectic mix of of furnishing and almost random mix of items on the walls. All very quirky. Very nice Kola and Croissant too.
There's even a Pac
Definitely one of the best coffee and breakfast places in town! Very unique and cute, my flatmates and I visit it all the time
This place is bloody amazing. Who knew such happiness could lie in a club sandwich and a can of Vimto? Top people watching too. Easy five stars.
Excellent coffee along with great sandwiches.
Was my first time but recommended to all of my friends and I hope to go back.
Quite a regular here, and for good reason! The first impressions are a local business that really caters for the lovers of coffee and games! You have to try the flat white, my favourite, and if you want to treat yourself the morning breakfast bowl which not only looks, but tastes great. 5/5 for me
Lovely unpretentious cafe in an old garage. The poached eggs on sourdough were absolutely great, 5 stars. The coffee is pretty good too, drop in for one to go if you're passing :-)
Perfect latte, sweet with a gentle texture and not too hot as is often the case. Also, reasonably priced. The inside is imaginative and references the buildings history. Still young but shows potential. Plenty of people coming in to try the breakfast. Fully recommended for latte lovers.
Doesn't look like a lot from outside but inside it's very edgy and open. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and the chairs are super comfortable too.
It makes for a perfect Instagram feed😂
Very quick serving times and they allowed dogs which was lovely!
Overall really good experience, would defin
Those sandwiches are tasty beyond anything I ever had for brunch. Honestly, that's poetry written with cheese and bacon.
A quirky little cafe with open seating and some of the best coffee in Newcastle. I'm pleased to say the place is dog friendly and the staff are excellent.
One of my favourite places to go for lunch. Food is always spot on, very tasty, reasonably priced. The coffee is also very very good! Good selection of cakes and breakfast items are available all day!
Lovely friendly with excellent service. The bacon sandwich was crispy and on brioche. Just what was called for on a recovery day.
Man, I never right reviews. But the food here is fantastic. The menu is Tiny which is a good thing because the choices they have, they do well. I've been going here a few years now, and being from York where if you to step into a place like this you would easily be paying £8 or £10. But £5 for a ama
Best bacon sandwich in Newcastle. The bread, the sauce, the butter, the perfectly bacon. The delicate interplay between this energetic ingredients leads to a mouthwatering sandwich
I love coming to this cafe! The coffee is delicious, the food is great and the staff are lovely! I especially appreciate the variety of tasty vegetarian options! :D
Really quirky spot. The coffee was okay. Sadly there were very few to no veggie or vegan food options. This was for the breakfast menu. The lunch menu wasn't running so there could be some options on there. Lots of outside seating so nice in the warmer weather.
