Very relaxed atmosphere,quirky. I wouldn't call it a student pub but they do get alot of students in their,(basically cause it's around Newcastle university)Thursday night so it was a quiz night so it was getting packed around 19.15, I was there with my son so we got there for 16.00,few drinks and I had pizza he had burger and chips,he said"that was bloody lovely" I couldn't eat all my pizza(solely because it was some size) they boxed what was left, we vacated around 19.30 only because we had ate and couldn't drink any more and the quiz was about to start,had a lovely time 😄

Really lush little bar. I was served by a lovely lass on her first shift and she smashed it. Nice atmosphere and fair amount of space. Food looked insane as well but we just got drinks. Definitely will be back.

Past this pub on a walk around town so thought we'd give it a shot. Not a bad place, was quiet when we got there at about 15:45 on a Saturday and soon filled up by the time we left. £10.10 for a pint of Guinness and a pint of draft cider.

Was there at the weekend for a meal with my son. The place had a wonderful atmosphere and the staff were really welcoming me and were super helpful. We ordered a dinner and the food was fantastic. All the vegetables were fresh (none of this pre frozen stuff) really crunchy and full of taste. The meat was also amazing with it been prepared so it just fell apart. I will be going back again and have told a number of my friends and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly pub with a fab atmosphere with great food and a good price.

This a good example of a Heineken linked pub. A good selection of spirits available and shots too. The food is tasty with a wide selection of pizza's and gourmet burgers. Perfect for afterwork drinks! Custom neon signs add a modern flair.

Great atmosphere and good selection of draught beers. Also they kitchen serving is pretty quick and the pizzas are really nice. Great offer pizza and pint for a tenner which you can't beat. Would definitely be back next time I'm in Newcastle

Brilliant Pub Quiz, our group are regularly there each week. Pizzas are incredible. Christian, Craig and the rest of the staff are amazing, so welcoming and provide a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

Nice little pub close to work. I hear the pizzas are amazing from multiple sources. We just stopped in for a drink, but once I try the food I will update (note: the pizzas looked amazing). The staff was friendly and prompt. I recommend.
