Caffe Nero - Newcastle upon Tyne - Photo album

I love to get my coffee from Caffè Nero. So close to Northumbria campus which makes it so convenient. I rely on their coffee when studying. They offer student discount and loyalty stamp card on their app, which is great. Absolutely, recommend it.
Very popular coffee shop given its location near the bus stops and the Civic Centre, excellent if you need somewhere quiet to duck into to take a break from the everyday. Also handy for impromptu meetings and working on the go.
Just saw so many people being incredibly rude and impatient with the ladies behind the counter. Personally I think they were doing a great job and my coffee was amazing. This is my favourite Caffe Nero in town and you're all lovely
Love this coffee shop. One of my favourite places to work with fast and free Wi-Fi, loads of plugs, great loyalty offers on the coffee, and really friendly staff. Just wish there was some healthier food options but that’s not the fault of the coffee shop.
Manager is a straight fox. Italian girl is so so so pretty. Julia is amazing, Harry is the best person ever. Jacob is ok.
Nice vibe and not as busy as the Nero on Northumberland Street . Super clean and with quality coffee ! Good selection of cakes .
Beautiful coffee not bitter, and so glad they had coconut milk, plus nice vibe the cafe is bright not dark like other well known cafe
Once again the staff here were as fantastic as ever. Friendly, helpful and respectful. Ordered my usual chai latte in my reusable cup and a hot chocolate for my eldest. They made the hot chocolate a bit cooler than normal with my eldest being only 6. It was quiet inside and felt peaceful after a day
Small cafe, great coffee as expected from Caffè nero, good service too, although sometimes can be a bit slow if they're busy.
Lovely quiet location but the staff were chatting a lot whilst serving me, so took a while:)
It's my local and the staff are cool
As usual a great product and fantastic staff, but the décor and seating is a little shabby. Such a big company as Caffé Nero should not wait so long to refurbish. Had I never been in one before, I'd probably not return.
The staff were incredibly helpful, efficient and welcoming. Tables were clean and the cafe well kept. Drinks are reasonably priced in comparison to other chains and offer choice on types of milk to meet with varying dietary requirements. A convenient location to stop off at with some tasty snacks to
Great coffee and space to work.
The staff are lovely, they remember our favourite drinks and always make us feel welcome. I normaly meet up with a friend in my bubble for a drink then we go elsewhere for a meal. Have only been going their about a month.
What can I say, I started going there around 9 months ago as my regular coffee shops we're full, to my surprise I found it every bit as good if not better than my regular ones. I now go Caffe Nero at least once every week if I can due to the service I get, the various types of food on offer and the
