Trillians Rockbar - Newcastle upon Tyne - Photo album

First time visit to Trillions Rock Bar whilst in Newcastle to see a friends band playing. Having never been in a rock bar before I didn’t know what to expect, however I was not disappointed. The atmosphere in the bar was electric (literally). The staff were friendly and efficient and the price of
Newcastle's top rock bar. Plenty of live music, some free, some ticketed. Ok beer selection, 4 × cask lines, normally two local beers. Good atmosphere, good music. Hidden away just behind Northumberland Street, in a pedestrianised square opposite Central Library
Atmosphere: 5/5 Drinks: 5/5 Price: £ Staff: 5/5 First time visiting this bar on a recommendation of a friend. Off the street, down some stairs to an underground bar, this is a perfect haven for those looking for a great atmosphere, great service and great priced drinks. The walls are adorned with
Fantastic bar that I first visited in 1989. Regularly visited until I moved away in 1999. Great beer, friendly staff and wonderful decor. Definitely coming back even if sadly they don't do food any more.
Found at random googling "punk pub near me" and it was great 😁 bands were playing, folk were friendly and chatty, fast service, good pint, even met an old friend 🖤🎶 we would recommend popping into Trillian's if yer in the toon, seems like a lively, fun and welcoming place. We'll be back!
Love trillions been going here since I was 18, so glad it's still there as I miss Cuba Cuba and legends. Great music and atmosphere
Great, great night with great people. Plan was to stick for a while then dash off somewhere else. We liked it so much we stayed all afternoon and most of the night. AC/DC tribute band was AWESOME!
Absolutely mega rock bar with a terrific juke box and fantastic live music!
Didn't go for food but for a black Sabbath tribute band on the night. Absolutely a must for metal heads etc. Excellent atmosphere and bar staff are lovely.
Cheap pint of snakebite before heading to the City Hall. Great atmosphere and will be back again, for sure.
It's Trills. It will always be Trills. Yes, the carpets are sticky and it's dark and noisy but that's what it's about! Live band on last night, very good.
Still a great Rock bar and probably the only one left in Newcastle. Staff are great. Quick service, friendly.
They don't do food.its great to have a traditional rock bar just to pop in and see friends or for a great night out. Many great bands play here.
Visited on the 29th January 2022.. A proper Rock venue. No messing. Fine selection of ales to indulge in. Decent prices too. Open late and obviously Live Music on tap. Free to get in is always good. Went to see the Van Halen tribute band Van Hailen. Spot on! Sound was a bit mixed but maybe it’s beca
Trillians is a time capsule. Here is a place stuck in the past and for ALL the right reasons, and you should visit for a cold beer anytime you're in town. This is a rare place where the essence and joy of the 'rock pub' is sustained, nutured and in very capable hands. Live music? Of course; a Duke-b
First time I've been in more than 15 years yet it was just the same fabulous. Voltaire put on a great show atmosphere excellent
Stumbled in on a recommendation on a night out and wasn't disappointed. If you're looking for an alternative bar this is it. Friendly staff and an interesting cocktail menu, good music and atmosphere. We will see you again!
