The Centurion - Newcastle upon Tyne - Photo album

Bar so beautiful that it deserves your visit. It seems to be the old Victorian first class waiting room of Central Station. Staff very friendly. Friday afternoon and already pleasantly filled with people enjoying a drink and chat. Good place upon arrival in Newcastle to drink your first Newcastle Br
Worth a visit if you’re at Newcastle Station, fascinating interior and history. We didn’t eat but service was friendly and drinks reasonably priced.
Really good pub, we are local and often pop in. Great when live music is on and also good for live sport. Guinness there is a steady 6.5/10 but all the drinks are quite pricey. Stay for 1 and enjoy, stay for a few and you will notice the cost.
A traditional English pub with a good atmosphere 👌🏾. Staff are polite and friendly. The Centurion pud has some fantastic artistic features. You can sit and admire the craftsmanship. The toilets are clean and most of all the prices are not too bad.
A grand bar in grand surroundings. Great Newcastle service and good choice of drinks. Even on a busy match day they handled the crowds well. A good well organised bar with great atmosphere.
A classic bar of Newcastle part of the Central Station, amazing Victorian decor, and great history, and perfect for catching a refreshment before boarding a train. And a great selection of Cask ale 🍺
We have eaten here in the train station side several times. The servers are good. The food comes out made to order. The prices are good. We like the menu. It’s convenient.
Great food and brilliant price on cocktails xxx
Ideal for grabbing a quick pint before your train. No food on, even though it says serving food all day and it was only 3pm!
A electric atmosphere with amazing decor
Great place to experience all day breakfast and a pint. Fast service and great food
Always a good place to meet up to start your afternoon or night with friends. Good service and a great atmosphere.
The Centurion is a cavernous pub at Newcastle Central Station. It's a traditional, no-frills boozer with a historic vibe. On match days it shows sport on a big screen, so can be a decent place to meet friends or have a last drink before a train ride home.
Good place to meet and have a drink surrounded by original decor.
Had an excellent vegetarian breakfast in the Centurian Central Station cafe ..Very good price and definitely value for money .. Friendly staff and nice clean environment definitely going back and definitely recommend
