I love Pizza Express but the Newcastle branch had thr heating on what felt like 45 degrees. It was awful. Service was exceptional as was the food. Just chill out on the heating, it was like eating inside the pizza ovens.
Visited here on Saturday 12th and was served by a young lady. I believe her name was Georgia from the receipt, she was absolutely lovely and a great chat, attentive and sorted my desserts quite swiftly too. Food was lush and atmosphere nice.
Honestly such a great experience, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the food is beautifully seasoned and prepared, and it all looks so appetising! Really enjoyed our experience here and we will be back!
Got my order incorrectly by bringing starters and main course together. Which I didn't ask for. Food was very tasty but do find it is overpriced. My husband needs to eat gluten free. You have a good selection of these items but again, a tad overpriced .
Super nice people and great service with amazing menu. Many items for vegetarians and all taste amazing. Dessert menu is also great, lemonade tastes super refreshing. Thank you the good service and great experience.

Pizza express Eldon square Newcastle Went here twice in the last month. We first got served by Rebecca who was fantastic. One of the best bits of service I have received. She had info and was not intrusive when we received our food. Our wait for food was great and food was delicious.

Amazing customer service from Lucy. Didn’t fail to put a smile on our faces!! Checked in multiple times to make sure food was up to standard and really made our experience worth the while! Will be back again for sure!
I've been here several times and I've never been disappointed. I always try different foods and have always enjoyed everything I've had. Love the variety of toppings for the pizza and the variety of pasta dishes too! I would recommend the desserts too!
Bit too expensive for me I prefer the amazing Gregg's next door. Far better value in there. For those that want decent pizza this place is well appointed. And people seem to like it. Lots of couples seem to gravitate to this place. For a romantic Pizza. I never thought that would be in a sentence of
