This is a true gem of a place. I first tried their food at an outdoor event where they had one of their tents set up and from that day have been hooked
Everything they sell is so delicious and cooked to perfection. So many different choices on the menu you will want to work your way through it.
The Gyros or Halloumi wraps are a particular favourite of mine but the Special Fries are worth a trip here alone.
Staff are so pleasant and friendly and the atmosphere here is great.
So many places in Grainger Market to get good food but this has to be top of the list for me.
Good little place for a quick, but tasty meal. They have a variety of Greek dishes and desserts. The gyros was succulent and flavourful and the chips deliciously dirty
Amazing food, every time I visit acropolis, George and all the staff are always there to provide you with great hospitality and friendly environment, highly recommended.

Wow what a find! Needed something light but filling for lunch and this place blew us away. Wraps (I had halloumi) filled to brim with fresh salad, lots of meat or perfectly cooked halloumi, tasty sauce and super soft pitta. Was served straight away and waited 5 mins for food. Worth the price tag and good seating available inside. Yum!❤️
Ordered a chicken gyros wrap meal deal and dolmadaki. The wrap was very delicious. I liked that they didn't use a lot of sauce in the wrap.
Outstanding good with a great friendly service. The wraps are packed full and have a mix of amazing flavors. Definitely stop by here if you can.

We had food delivered to our home on Saturday tea time; the food came promptly and was still hot. We ordered chicken gyros wraps; they were tasty, and the order also came with free baklava (which was the best I've tasted in a long time).

Excellent gyros, while I have had mixed reviews from friends and family, personally I've not had a bad meal the dozen or so times I've visited. Always a great option for a filling lunch. While I haven't yet tried the full breadth of the menu, what I have had has been consistently tasty, hot and prepared quickly.
Gyros can be a bit generous in filling, and would be difficult to eat cleanly on the go, but with a seat in the restaurant and some napkins they're a quality meal every time!
Ordered a chicken gyros from the Sunday Quayside market stall - food lush as always and friendly service - recommended!
Perfect!! Food was gorgeous & the staff were lovely. Even made us a cup of tea when it wasn't even on the drinks menu..
