Amazing Sunday lunch! And yummy stick toffee pudding for dessert! ๐Ÿ˜‹ Pub has a lovely atmosphere, with great views out the back x
Excellent food top class staff
Visited on a Sunday, mid to late afternoon after a long dog walk, so food was not available but that wasn't an issue, drinks were fairly priced and the staff welcoming to us and the dog (who was provided a bowl of water and a dog treat or two). A hidden Gem with cracking views in the pub garden.
Just had Christmas Fayre menu at the Black Horse today. Absolutely fantastic. Best Christmas Fayre meal I've ever had. Portions huge. Staff so friendly. Can't fault it, just a shame not more people taking advantage of this fantastic pub.
Had Sunday lunch...fabulous. meat tender and tasty. Vegetables..good selection and all nicely cooked. Will go back again.
Been here 3 times for their Sunday roast dinner and I must say I cant fault them. Good value for money, big plate full of wholesome food. Lots of meat, varying vegetables of the season and good old Yorkshire puddings with lashings of gravy. Smaller adult meal available as well as children's choices.
The best Christmas meal so far. Heaps of delicious food. Christmas decorations just gorgeous. Thank you to our fantastic waitress and the chef. Top marks. Amazing value!!!

Great views from beer garden. Landlord is friendly fellow. Beer was good .... anymore needed?
I was only passing through and stopped for one drink, It was very welcoming and one of the most relaxed atmosphere for a bar in the area. Didn't try the food but the menu looks good to consider in going back.
Had a brilliant evening. Food was fabulous. Ladies toilets were lovely and clean. Definitely recommend this lovely pub .
First visit was soooo good we returned with the whole family. Outstanding food and very friendly service, highly recommend.
