The place was as good as you can get locationwise. Great place to grab a cuppa whilst you wait for a train or after you get off a train. Great prices, friendly staff. Spacious comfy seating and a seperate seating inside platform area.
I wasreally impressed by the two young servers. They were very smiley and considerate of our situation. They clocked we were due travel and recommended we go through to the platform where it was quieter and had more seating. The cafe could do with more seating and staff, to aid the lovely servers.
We had great service at AMT in Newcastle this morning. We were served by Jack who was friendly and very accommodating to our requests. Really good coffee as always.
Lovely coffee shop with such a varied selection. Beata was so friendly and helpful, greeted with such a positive attitude which made such a difference! She's doing the best cappuccino. Will definitely be a recommendation for others!

Bought a takeaway coffee to drink on the train. Was served quickly and in a friendly manner and the server even came over to check how much milk to add to my tea - not everyone likes the same amount of milk 👍

I commute regularly via Newcastle and AMT is a refreshing regular stop. The great manager and her staff always make me feel welcome and make very good coffee.
I stop by regularly and always receive excellent drinks and service. Jack recommended an upgrade to my hot chocolate and it is the best!
Coffee strong and very good taste to it. Service was friendly and helpful ,polite. Did not get any food do can not maje a comment on that.

Wow! I just had a Mocha with coconut water milk today and the Staff Jake smashed it😃.He’s very Nice,Professional and Friendly as well.Highly recommended for everyone!!
