I called in to visit over the weekend and I was greeted by a lovely smiling face. The individual who served me, I think his name was Josh, was so friendly, telling me all about the new menu and merchandise you can get for the autumn season! A very nice cafe with plenty of seating. Ordered a mocha coffee and a 4 cheese toastie. Lots of food and drink options available. Polite, friendly staff and a quick service. The toastie was wonderful and the mocha perked me up as I'd been feeling under the weather.

My "local" and the friendliest Starbucks staff I've known. They could do with clearing the tables quicker, but that seems to be a general Starbucks thing. It's not very roomy, so is tricky for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Great customer service.
Been a few times, nothing really bad to report. Normally go early when it's nice and relaxed. In the afternoon it can get cramped, especially around the till area, as this Starbucks is quite narrow.
How can you objectively review the mighty Starbucks? It's ok obviously but it might be cleaner. They do excellent espresso. Don’t really need it in Jesmond anymore.
A great little corner coffee shop where you can just about imagine you're really in the Big Apple (and that's not an easy trick to pull off in Newcastle). A perfect blend of location, decor and refreshments - equally great for a leisurely rendezvous or solo pitstop.
