First time trying this place.
Very warm welcome from the lady front of house.
Very reasonably priced and accommodating to changes.
Was a bit disappointed with the wontons when I opened them. (Pic1)
Thought it was a sign of what's to come but oh how I was wrong. Massive portions after that. Salt and pepper chicken was lovely and a massive portion. Curry sauce is lovely and sweet.
Only marking it down coz of the wontons. Otherwise, spot on!!!

Very good hot and sour soup, and gorgeous chicken with pickled ginger and pineapple. Leave some for me please! Highly recommend.
Duck in orange sauce is delicious and the duck pancakes too are excellent. Always tasty food and fast delivery or collection from them.
Very good customer service, especially from the man we picked our food up from on our last visit.
Only had a problem with wrong food or forgotten food a couple of times in all of our orders (probably too many orders!!), and they were great about resolving the problem. Rang about forgotten chips once and were told they could deliver them to us right away or they would comp our next meal - above and beyond what we expected!
My meal was delicious! I partially judge a Chinese takeaway on their prawn crackers, and I specifically want to dedicate this review to how good Pak Lok's prawn crackers are. They're large, thick enough to hold rice -with- sauce, not too greasy, not too porous, and full of flavour! Also, very friendly service ^-^
Moved in the area 2 years ago and i’ve tried many different chinese places but this is definitely the best one i’ve been to! Service is amazing, they’re always really friendly and the food is just amazing.
If you’re wanting to try something different try crispy house special mixed meats in honey chilli with egg fried rice and their amazing Singapore chow mein. Currently trying to decide on what to get tonight 😂.
Food is lovely, order always ready for collection when I arrive, friendly staff.
Certainly one of the best Chinese takeaway establishments I frequent, I can say the food is always nice and I use them quite regularly, a 5*rating only hygiene is the bomb(well done pak lok)
Nice people to work for doing delivery , You need to be careful of certain customers accusing for charges extra 2cquid was a miss understanding on my side
