Decent cup of oat milk latte to help kick start the morning. Order via the app and it’s normally ready within a couple minutes.
Very friendly staff and a very clean place. I'm glad that they always have soy milk or almond milk available for using instead of regular milk in the drinks. I like that if you are eating-in they serve drink and food in glass plates and cups, it gives it a nice touch. In terms of quality, you know
Absolutely amazing, super friendly staff who actually spent time changing the drink in the way that I liked and the results were fantastic, very cosy to sit in. If you want to chill and grab a coffee this is the place to go
Lovely place, very good coffee.
Always love me some Chai tea latte
Really nice apart from male toilets have a bad odour and isn't the cleanest
Came today for my usual half-decaf PSL, the guy didn't even ask the size of my drink - he just knew how I like my coffee, along with my name (that he spells correctly!❤️), buzzing all morning, such a great service when you feel that you're more than just a random face and they actually take care of
Been going to this store for years. Staff always friendly. Don't even have to order. All the staff know what I drink. Any previous problems with regard app or Starbucks card have been sorted out by store manager. Fantastic experience.
My favourite frappuccino is in the best of cours 😎
Really nice relaxed Starbucks, even 8f its busy, nice vibe, staff are lovely too. Before work, and after work sometimes. Favourite Newcastle starbucks.
Go there a few mornings a week for a white mocha or an iced tea (I've got a sweet tooth). If I get lucky, Donna will be on the till and she really makes the place special. Always makes sure I get my points on my card and makes each order individual. Other staff are good but nowhere near Donna's lev
Starbucks is great for having consistency with there coffee ordered a decaf capchino tastes great not too strong. Tables were getting cleaned while quite period waited less than 2 minutes for my order very clean and friendly staff. The toilets could do with a sign to point people in the right direct
Popped in for a coffee and something to give us energy during our xmas shopping trip to the toon. Downside, they had run out of fruit toast☹ easily made up for by the cinnamon bun which they heated up for me. It was a real treat. Coffee was lovely, toffee nut latte is one of those festive specials b
Really friendly staff. Lots of mask wearing and social distancing.
I had a caramel frapuccino with coffee and it was lovely, tasted like a caramel milkshake everything I expected. there was a line when I came here however this was during the morning so that may have been a factor towards that
My favourite Starbucks in Newcastle. Line tends to move quickly, drinks don't take long, staff is always ready! The interior is nice and cozy. It is small compared to most Starbuckses but at the same it makes it more comfortable to sit down for a drink.
Coffee was good. Process for ordering drinks is slow. The machine didn't work for accepting the Starbucks reward card simply and quickly. Needs fixing.
