What a wonderful little gem this place is. Just left and couldn’t wait to write my review! Open fire, nice decor, lovely and clean. We’ve been all over the world and have never come across a place where every single member off staff are not only welcoming but genuinely nice, chatty to customers and
Lovely afternoon tea at one of my favourite pubs in the area. Excellent value for money and Wonderful staff, nothing is a bother for them. Would definitely recommend & for meals, drinks & a night out.

Amazing family day out for everyone. Causey Arch is a beautiful place to visit, it has walks, History and the Tanfield railway. It has free parking, picnic areas and a two cafes if you forget to take a picnic. It's close to Beamish which is another added bonus. Enjoy
