Fantastic food after putting in a huge food order for my dance studio. 21 fish, 26 chips, 9 pies, sausages and curry's, it all arrived red hot perfectly cooked and big potion sizes, everyone enjoyed it 😀

Over 150yrs of business and still running. Same taste, flavour and I usually host my guests by buying Gorman s fish and chips at fantastic and unbelievable prices. Very courteous and jovial tillers

Found this place on a whim. My god it was probably one of the best fish n chips I've had up north!
Everything's cooked to order, fish wasn't soggy, it was just perfect! Chips were amazing too!

Got some fish and chips on the way home from work. Very nice Gormans is a chippy we (me and my parents) have used many times in the past. On odd occasions we have tried other chippies but they were never as good as Gormans.🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟

We rarely have fish and chips and so we can't really have much to compare the food with. Portions are generous, food is tasty and not too greasy and prices are reasonable. Can't complain when a family of 4 (2 adults, 2kids) can eat for 12 quid
