I come here with my mum sometimes. The coffee is good and service is okay. It can be really busy as you would expect from a city centre cafe. I haven't had the food yet as the menu doesn't necessarily cater to a sugar free diet but nowhere does really I guess. It would be great if there was a fruits selection or nuts for those who are more health conscious.

About what you'd expect from M&S. The decaf coffee is quite nice and mild which is how I like it. It doesn't have that sour note that you often find with decaf as they have individual sachets. They have oat milk too. The vegan options are a bit lacking, particularly for snacks, but from going to the Silverlink one I think they usually have at least one vegan meal. I was just having a drink today.

The food was nice had edd Benedict but the eggs were to soft for me don't know if you can ask for harder ones

Food as usual was superb however the surroundings leave a little to be desired. A bit tired and old fashioned, especially for the centre of Newcastle. I suppose it was a wet Sunday when we visited but it all seemed a bit drab. The saving grace was the lovely soup and excellent mushroom and emmental toastie. Delicious!

Conventional, sparklingly clean cafe, well positioned for meeting friends off the Hexham bus! There is a Costa in the longer distance bus station, but I enjoyed the almond and blueberry tray bake for a change with my coffee

Very friendly staff I went to the Caffè and was very happy with my coffee. This store is accessible to the bus station through the food department and I come here when ever I visit Newcastle.

Very central cafe on Northumberland St in Newcastle which is very popular with shoppers especially Saturdays and lunchtimes Easily accessed by bus and metro and the huge Eldon Square shopping centre is nearby
