I visited yesterday with my 1 year old Grandson . I was trying to use the machine to order our food but struggling due to poor eyesight. Without hesitation Graham one of the assistants nearby came over and did it all for me and had it delivered to my table for me. I was so grateful as it was so busy

Food was great and staff were lovely but for christ sake management need to hire more people!! they were so short staffed so it was slow but not there fault. management need to sort it out

I hate macdonalds with a passion but I cannot see the menu cos I’m partially blind the big screen at the back makes no difference to me but tonight at the one in Northumberland street Newcastle was great until the staff started laughing when I was leaving cos I asked for fries and a burger I cannot

Food is nice, a very busy place, nice staff and if there's problem on the order they accommodate your complain when you ask nicely.

It was alright the food, and services were okay, but it was too crowded.

Compared to the other one in Granger Market I think this one is a bit more dirty but overall solid taste as usual

Always get served pretty quick, lots of seating too.

Very busy McDonald's. Lots of self service machines so very quick to order but there was a bit of a wait for my order. To be fair to them though they did get through a lot of orders very quickly.
