So there’s been a revamp of the place. Environment much cleaner and staff seem more attentive and a lot more organised. Majority of food was hot and seemed relatively fresh. Only Halal KFC restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne. Very fresh and best food served all the time. Wonderful customer service. Plenty of seating area. Self order machines are good to order independently but need to sanitise regularly. Plenty of free parking space available.

Customers were complaining about quality of food after eating it all. John dealt with it very professionally and if customers have an issue with food they should not eat the whole thing and complain and they should treat hospitality workers with respect.

Jade MGR was very polite and friendly. Lady taking food out to car park looks fairly lost.

I am slightly disappointed with KFC, because I went there on June 11,2023 to buy 20 wings bucket, but they dont have it anymore. The menu was not on the list. It was supposed to be there until June 11.

Staff always seem helpful, I think chicken from this KFC is better than the chicken served in the Newcastle City Centre branch. Quite spacious so lots of seating area & toilets have always been clean whenever I have visited.

Good for but slow service and at times it can over 15 mins to get your order.

Can’t fault it - never had any issues here - Trilogy box meal is my go to, drive thru restaurant and convenient location
