What a brilliant venue - another reviewer described it as an oasis and that sums it up perfectly. The food was delicious with high quality ingredients and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and efficient. Adored the theme and vibe of the place and will definitely revisit if I am back in the area.

I’ve visited here numerous times with my wife for food and always had a fantastic experience. We usually eat casually in the front area of the bar / area but tonight we decided to venture further in to sit and eat, and it was perfect. The restaurant is CLEARLY very popular as it was extremely busy at 6pm. We were lucky enough to get a table for 2. We ordered a drink each, a pizza each and a size of skinny fries to share. As expected, this came to around £55/£60 which is what we usually pay for a lovely evening out for food. The service was great but the food was absolutely fantastic. Considering I have had my fair share of pepperoni pizzas in my time… tonight’s pizza was hands down one of the tastiest I have ever had. My wife was also extremely impressed by her Di Capri pizza too. We had a slight error on the bill, which my wife did question and this was resolved instantly, but it is still worth keeping an eye out for. Highly recommend for a lovely relaxed Italian meal out with friends, family or loved ones. The only thing I believe would be useful, is for the menu to have more detail in regards to the ingredients for the options.

Such a lovely restaurant! Adriano has made a delightful oasis in my village of Gosforth If ever I want to treat my friends and family, or just myself, I come to Adriano’s Fortuna and I am transported into a happy place Lovely atmosphere, pleasant surroundings, always full of happy people. Delicious food , excellent wine, really nice staff. I’ve never had any complaints. Thoroughly recommend it ! 👍 I had the delicious Linguine Scoglio with the Verdiccio wine 🤗

Visited Fortuna on thursday evening and by god the food was simply amazing. The side portion roast garlic potatoes were so fluffy and the Calamari was so yummy. The main meal Ravioli was full of flavours and the Linguine Scoglio was amazing , the muscles, prawns were so fresh ..absolutely loved it !! Definitely be back 😊
