Few weeks back went there for a Mexican chicken free Pizza, they didn’t have pizza at that time, instead of saying no, they baked a new pizza for me! I really appreciate their customer service. Giving 5 stars.

I've not been to this Greggs for a while but the service was absolutely fine.
One of the staff had to remind the customers about wearing face coverings but was very polite in doing so...however only one person out of six in the shop took up her suggestion!
Must try expresso from Greggs.

If you are a O2 user, you can download O2 priority app and get a free coffee every week and a free sausage/vegan sausage roll every Friday/Saturday (once per week)

One of a multitude of Greggs shops in Newcastle. Staff are friendly. Food for vegetarians is limited, but vegan sausage rolls are good if you can find them :-)

Love greggsies especially my treat every Saturday morning which is a bacon roll and regular latte for next to nowt , cracking deal , also like their stake bakes a lot , get stuck in give it a gan ,,,you cannit beat it for Saturday scran.
Once a week come in here for a breakfast, staff is fast, polite. Never had an issue here. 👍
Really handy and nice selection. The food quality can improve on certain products. Shame they do not advertise the calories of food available.
