Wasn’t impressed with the customer service. A little blunt and abrupt with no pleasantries or apologies.
Went to the store at half 4 on a Thursday and the colleague said it was closed. The opening hours online say 6pm so this is misleading as we only went as we assumed it was open.
Came in this morning for food. I very rarely am fussed about customer service but the staff were just quite rude. Walked up and they didn’t say hello or ask what I wanted etc. She was picking at something in her hands the entire time and …
Stopped for a sausage bap and wished I hadn't bothered. Three small, overcooked sausages that barely covered the bun.
And the bun had grains on top, which ended up all over me and my car.
Staff are so lovely thats what the 5* is for. Would rate lower otherwise as food is standard Greggs but for some reason they've chose to use the service station not regular shop prices. Once again cant fault the great staff
