Situated at the entrance to Donard car park, so plenty of easy parking.
Hot dishes and pastries.
Warm comfortable atmosphere, always a mix of local artwork on the walls.
Always call in after a day in the hills, great coffee and selection of cakes and pastries.
Hot food available too.
Staff always welcoming and helpful.
To be honest it's hard to beat, always come back again which is the best recommendation you can get.

Nikki's is a firm favourite of ours and we've been going for years. Their Ulster fry is always good, the coffee excellent and the scones to die for. Definitely worth a visit.

Just popped in here for coffee and got traybakes. It was very busy but we got a table. The coffee was good and the traybakes lovely. They seem to serve lunch before noon which is a bonus for anyone in a hurry and can't wait for other places opening at 12pm. Recommended as they have seating upstairs too.

This is the best cafe in Newcastle! Food is delicious, in all the years I've been visiting I've never had a bad meal. I can especially recommend the French Toast Stack or the Full Fry. Their sandwiches and toasties are really fantastic and they do an excellent Cappuccino too. It's always busy, which is a great sign for how popular it is!! Worth waiting for a table!
