Really enjoyed my time here. The staff were super friendly and Zoe was amazing. loved the food and they had a nice variety of spirits and things on tap. Nice view of the high street and overall a very pleasant place to spend the evening. highly recommend ❤️
Neat close enough to the Metro, loads of nearby parking. Good nearby taxi service. Close to a bus depot.

Good atmos0here and no loud music. Pretty large and always busy. One of my favourite pubs.
Lovely place to go. Staff are nice. Drinks are nice. Good selection. Good pub for a drink and socialise so long as your not eating. Food is good enough but the wait is unbearable.
Seems to be the only place on gosforth high street that broadcasts the football! Meaning that the place gets rather packed when there’s a match on - but there’s also a great atmosphere in return.
Prices are a little more than other bars in the area but they offer a decent selection.

Good pints, atmos and staff, need to sort A/C unit outside as it's spitting sludge all over the place, ruined a shirt

Thank you to the manager for acknowledging this, my shirt was fine following a wash. As a result I've amended the rating :)
Could always have a wider range of beers, but it's good pub to have a few quick ones in.
Some more beers like Full Circle and 2x2.
Great spot for a chill pint in the sunshine! There’s always a nice variation or craft and cask ales on for anyone feeling fruity and it’s just good vibes all round 👌🏻
Wish we'd found this place sooner. Staff were really friendly and helpful; able to seat us walk-ins for a bite to eat even on match day. Tables were spaced apart nicely, better than a lot of other places I've visited. The food was AMAZING. Try the onion rings, they're sublime. Plus, value for money

I've been in here a handful of times in the past but only for a pint and it's a solid beer pub. Just had a recent refurb and a food menu overhaul and it's very good and very reasonably priced. Staff are very attentive and while I'm not sure if you can take dogs inside, the staff were very friendly
Family day out great food, good value and staff so friendly,espeacially a lady called Sam. Definitely be back again

Probably could do with a little bit of TLC in the toilet cubicles and a few other places, but it does the intended job and is clean enough.
