Great, popular little bakery in Newhaven. Caters for all with veggie and vegan options. Sit in or take away.
Staff always friendly and the food is very nice. Not the most cost effective place to eat but worth it and always good to support local indie businesses.

A very good baguette (and cake, and savoury, etc) shop. Very friendly place. We had our sandwiches made to order - there's a good range of fillings available, some of which you don't often see - I had the smoked salmon and cream cheese, for example. Really can't find fault with it - recommended.
A Newhaven fixture, the Baguette shop has been serving Newhaven for 30? Years with fresh pastries, baguettes, and lunchtime staples. The staff are friendly, the prices reasonable and you can sit in or outside. I buy from there regularly and have never had any issues with their food or drink.
Such a lovely friendly cafe and I had a lovely time there on my visit today . It is now my fave cafe in Newhave.
They have yummy fresh sausage rolls, sandwhiches and an amazing cake selection incilding vegan options this is coupled with exceptional service. Rachel and her team really do go the extra mile. Thank you all and see you again soon for a cuppa and slice of cake xx

Lovely little cosy place. Customer Service & Food are Top! It is a must to pop in for a coffee and a cake! Staff is polite and fast to serve fresh food every day. Very large selection...(I couldn't make up my mind ;) )

We go here as a treat because they have an extensive selection of goodies. I'm veggie and they cater for them and vegans really well. The staff are always friendly.

Lovely friendly staff, in a basic but perfectly adequate sandwich shop, with good, freshly prepared food at very reasonable prices.
Very good value and more than equals the offering of some places which charge twice as much for the same thing.
