First class food experience from a great restaurant chain.
I've ate at this venue many times when in Newport, as you are not only guaranteed a warm welcome from the staff, but the food is clean, filling and very good value for money.
I've never had to wait to get seated in the past, and this visit
We had a green power drink and ginger tea and those were fresh and very nice
Then the food was amazing and very flavourful but the best thing about our visit was the waitress Jennifer! What a lovely woman :) definitely come back again!

amazing service provided by our server mark. speedy and efficient and we had our food in no time. full of flavour and huge portions with the mains! you definitely get what you pay for. would come again purely just for the service!!
I was greeted by a very polite young man, whose explanation of how the food comes out of the kitchen, and the different options on how to pay, automatically put me at ease.

Lovely staff, very accommodating of the toddler with us.Great vegan selection, really enjoyed my teriyaki vegan 'chicken’ ramen. The portion sizes are large and nice atmosphere. Overall lovely place to eat, would go back.
Fantastic service and the food was great. The queue wasn’t too bad for a Sunday. Been here a few times and I’ve never had a bad experience. Nice little shopping centre to boot. Recommend if you are in the area.
I pop in here once a month or so, always friendly staff make eating all the more enjoyable, nice fast service, and with a smile...good quality food as you'd expect....love it

Generally only get delivery, but today I dined in and had their veganuary special. It was amazing so, so good. Really tasty food, well presented with friendly and efficient staff.
Probably not the type of review one may leave! But im giving the toilet room 5*! ( Sorry was on travels yesterday, popped in after being directed by a passerby to try this place for my need) and was so impressed that I tipped more than my usual to the staff that pleasantly directed me. Ty

Food only gets 5 stars as I'm still bitter about chicken itame being taken off the menu years ago. It is in no way a reflection of the actual 5 start rating it deserves.
