1. Best mezze in Istanbul: fresh ingredients and excellent range. From the classic atom yoghurt, plump anchovies in oil, freshly grilled mushroom, to the house’s specialty fried liver, they were all a perfect complement for a bottle of raki or two.
2. Get a table in the balcony for a perfect view to the Bosphorus. Local cats would often come and sit next to you here.

We had a great dinner here. Wide range of very tasty mezes. The waiter was very kind and helped us with the order. We also had fried squid and anchovies. Both excellent. We will definitely come back!
One of my favourite meyhane places in Istanbul. I keep coming back, and have my favourite dishes. A couple of the waiters speak English and can help. Otherwise with a bit of good will you will be sure to get a nice meal. One of the things to do there is go to the counter and pick your cold dishes. Great Bosphorus views as well, and an overall nice Ambiente that invite to sit for long after you’ve finished your meal.
Wonderful place with fantastic food. One can spend a nice evening here. Especially on the fabulous terrace facing the bosphorus.
Unfortunately, the staff tends to be a bit pushy with foreigners and continuously tries to lure you into ordering even more Meze. They should respect the choice that one doesn't want more than 6 dishes when just two people eat.

Very good place, moderate prices (mezes 30-60 TL, fresh fish 100-130 TL) and good cozy atmosphere (plus a terrace with a view, which needs to be booked in advance). Service was also great. Note: they have 10% service charge, but this is reflected in the menu.
An absolute must-visit place. Awesome food, friendly staff and grgeat views from the terrace. Not cheap, but definitely worth it
Service is very good. If you sit on the balcony the scenery is very good. Mezes are OK but even the specialties were not special. Börek and liver were below average.
Mezes of this place are quite good. You can find several brands of rakı. The atmosphere is just like a proper meyhane.
