Bojangles

My bacon egg and cheese biscuit was dripping in grease. The cashier couldn't tell me what pimento cheese was. (something you could get placed on ANY order) my husband and I also witnessed the fry tongs being dropped and placed back up on the counter with the fries. Also they stop serving grits after noon which was odd since breakfast is served all day. Besides these issues the food was good, price wasn't bad either.

I’ve never been to one of these locations before but I did not have many options so let’s try something different. The location appeared to be under construction or something of that sort maybe everything was just blocked off because of the pandemic I’m not really sure. The food was not good at all. Everything was cold and dry as if it was sitting out for a long period of time. This may have been partly my fault because I ended up at this location right before they closed. It’s obvious they do not cooked to order they mass produce and set it out on the line in a Buffay style behind the counter. I would not return to this location.

Food was hot, good & juicy. The manager was very good at his job. Took care of the orders, helped the person on the register & made sure he wasn't running out of fries & biscuits. Chicken was down & had about a 10-15 minute wait. Long line in drive thru. We went in & ordered to carry out. What we ordered was ready. We did not have to wait.

I came here around 9:30pm on 1/24/2021 I completely understand that I came here 30 minuets before close. (which shouldn't matter) But I asked for 3 Cajun filet biscuits and 1 large bo-round. They where TERRIBLE the biscuits made me choke because of how dry they were. The chicken itself was VERY tuff. The bo-rounds were also VERY dry and appeared burnt so I didn't even try those. Since I understand how annoying it is to go through a drive through before they close I don't really care that they have sickening food that I wouldn't even feed my dog but PLEASE, tell me that you are about to close and that you didn't keep fresh food in the window so its a little old.

My first time ever eating at Bojangles. We're from Maine - we don't have Bojangles in New England. I am so glad we decided to stop and try it. The biscuits are seriously the best biscuits I've EVER had! Everything we had was delicious! We don't eat a lot of sugary sweet stuff, for the most part we try to eat pretty healthy. However, these biscuits we're so good we bought the Bo-Berry Biscuits and the Cinnamon and Sugar biscuits, also had to get the sweet potato pie. We're saving those for late so I can comment on how they taste but I'm sure they're delicious!
