Wendy's

We have tried dining in at this location for two days in a row. We was informed on our second day of trying to eat there that they wanted to wait a few minutes to take our order so they don’t send too much back. It made no We had two guests in front of us in line. What’s crazy is they had so many workers there and they was all just putting forth minimal effort. While waiting we noticed the manager McKenzie just chatting it up with the fellas at the window as they strung out a line of curse words for the guests to hear. Sadly she was very much part of the conversation. We even heard her discussing another employee’s performance with those two young boys that was cussing. That place was a bunch of young people with no adult supervision. As if that wasn’t mouth dropping enough I actually saw her do not one thing work related while waiting there. After all of that and the fact that we was standing there waiting to still give our order this is what made us choose to leave. The corner under the sanitary buckets had several bugs in it. I tried for a good minute to figure out what they was but sorry no bugs should be just laying in the floor where you prepare food. Y’all can do better! We use to eat here often and never had any issues so we aren’t sure what’s changed but you may want to get to the bottom of it.

Took 38 mins to place a walk in order. 8 minutes after I was at the register. There were 7 on staff including manager. Customers were walking behind the counter to get their own cups, frostys, and fries. Just overall terrible service and food quality. Cheese wasn't melted on fries, fries were cold and soggy. Cashier was gruff, hard to hear, and actually greeted me with, "And what do you want?"

Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else. This location appears to be managed by teenagers. Not only was my order entirely incorrect but apparently so were the orders before me. There were customers actually yelling and demanding their money back. There are plenty of other fast food restaurants near this Wendys so you can avoid it.

Went to counter to order a couple of frostys. No one acknowledged my existence, made eye contact of said a word other than talking between them. One worker walked up to the register where I stood, pushed buttons, spoke with a Coworker, all the while I looked at her waiting for confirmation of my uncomfortable existence. After she walked away, she made eye contact and called someones name two times. I continued to observe the line forming behind me. I waited a couple more minutes. I left. I didn’t really need a frosty anyways.

I have not been a regular customer of Wendy's. I seen why today. My GF and I went there for the intensely advertised Strawberry Frosty. Only to find out that they were out. So sense we were there we got Chocolate instead. All this after waiting in line for 30 min. When we get our Frosty's we find out they have no spoons. There is no reason to be out of spoons. Your in the Walmart Parking lot. Send an employee to buy a box of spoons. You sell 3 items that have to be eaten with a spoon. That is the beginning of the list. I will be kind and not blast you on. The cashier's appearance and attitude was disgusting.
