I understand being short staffed. But to stand and wait for 10 minutes with nobody behind the counter. Not acceptable atleast put a sign out or something. Most of the staff are very nice but one is rude most of the time. Joanna is not nice alot.

While my coffee was made to Starbucks standard
s at this store I was very bothered by the employees. I am a Starbucks employee and know that mask wearing is required for employees. All the employees at this store had there masks pulled to their chin. This does nothing to protect their customers and should be addressed.

Hannah was very friendly and personable and knew what she was doing as well. Just stopped in for a hot chocolate but ended up with more of an experience of the friendliness of the area.
