Myself and friends come along every week for quiz night on Thursdays, and we always grab dinner. And week in, week out, food is always fantastic and enjoyable, rarely do we ever have any issues, and if we do, the staff are always so friendly and helpful

I go to this pub most Friday lunchtimes for double egg and chips cooked by Dan I believe, well Dan, you consistently cook it to perfection, thank you so much, it's my little Friday treat! The Staff are lovely and friendly.
Nice big pub with good beers and good food. Prices not too bad. Has sports in the screens and other activities like Karaoke. Has aircon so good for the hot weather.
Well managed with a good atmosphere , and all the sports shown & air conditioning. Festival breakfast was lush except one came with nuked dry small mushrooms.. & the other without..
Mutt friendly also ,so popular with locals & holidaymakers.

Excellent food, and service. Food was well cooked, ordered a well done steak, and it came cooked to perfection. We had four main meals and drinks to celebrate my daughters birthday, and the bill came to just over £40, so excellent value too. Definitely highly recommended.
Great selection of different foods - European, American, Asian. Prices are also pretty decent. Good for large parties with different gastronomic preferences. They have a game room area, bar and TV sport channels. Great service too!

Came to Newport for a short stay. Ate here for three nights ( dinner ) Lovely food cooked by Dan R and very good value for money. The bar staff have been very friendly and helpful too. Will definitely be back 😁
What a lovely place, great guy on the door made us feel welcome as did the staff inside.
Food was served quickly as was hot and cooked well. The place was busy and still the staff checked you were ok.

Have been here for breakfast whilst at the Isle of Wight festival. Absolutely excellent spot with tasty food that came quick. And super friendly staff, especially Dave the manager. Would thoroughly recommend!
Always a lovely atmosphere with very welcoming and attentive staff, food is good and the cleanliness is 5* i live locally and class the hogs head as my regular go to pub.
