Great customer service. Amazing location in the city centre. And a lovely range of the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. Obviously more expensive than your normal ice cream parlour but well worth it, especially for an ice cream lover.

Couldn’t wait to visit here whilst on holiday in Newquay as we don’t have a Ben & Jerry’s store anywhere near us at home! Treated myself to a tub with three flavours, and it was SO yummy. Will be back again before we leave!
Obviously has to be 5 stars, cant really fault it. The portion sizes were great and staff were friendly. The Bob Marley's one love ice cream tasted amazing. Next time I'm in newquay I will definitely be coming back, although it is just cheaper to go to Tesco and buy a tub.
Brilliant ice cream and even better service. Queues were long but lady still took the time to go through all the flavors and make sure my daughter made the right choice. So friendly and patient with 3 kids trying to make a decision and one being allergic to egg. Would recommend and worth the pennies
I have just eaten the best ice cream flavour ever. All my favourite flavours in one pot. Coffee, caramel, salted caramel, marshmallow and chocolate pieces. Whoever thought of this combination is a genius. Thank you so much.
Lovely staff so polite doing an amazing job during difficult times made us feel very safe and even stayed open after closing Time was 8pm just so we could be served and keep the kids happy . Shout out to the lovely guy who served us and sang at the same time . Will visit again soon .
Staff took covid very seriously and still had a speedy service with a huge range of ice cream and toppings on offer. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and like ice cream.
