Went to the Shelbourne for Lunch, had the smoked Salmon and Avacado salad my son had Sausage and chips it did not disappoint.. Beauiful .. coffee was great too very friendly efficient staff not surprised the place was packed. Keep up the good work 😍🥐🥞🥗🧀🍰🍗🍰🍩🍪☕️🍶🥃🍵

Ordered a special birthday cake for my Son late Friday afternoon and Marie was so helpful and patient. I was overwhelmed when I collected it on Saturday to see how much detail the baker went to on our special Super Bowl 12th birthday cake. Looked superb and tasted delicious.... worth every penny!!!
Me and my girlfriend, Siobhan went to the shelbourne restaurant the day. We got your dinner in the restaurant. I got the fillet of cod with chips. My girlfriend got a chicken dinner. The food was absolutely lovely. It was lovely and, we really enjoyed the food. The staff are really nice and friendly towards you. And always help you, if you need anything. We will always call back to it, for something to eat. It is a lovely and clean restaurant as well. It is well worth the money, for really good food.
My favourite place in Newry as long as I can remember, still come back when I'm in town. Recommend the fry, stew, Apple pie, lemon meringue, white iced donuts and of course the chocolate cake! Staff are the most friendly you'll find anywhere in the world.

Ordered a cake yesterday for my daughters birthday wen I picked it up wasn't exactly how I asked for it to be but the lady was great was changed it less than 10 minutes to exactly how I wanted it & apologies for it but ter was no need for it as customer service first class & the cake tasted amazing. Will definitely be back for all my cakes.

A must stop eatery when in Newry, in a very well known traditional bakery serving excellent food and pastries! Beautifully decorated and tastefully fitted out, a great atmosphere and with exceptional artwork that I would covet! Staff are lovely and really know how to look after their customers! Highly recommended!

Had an amazing breakfast yesterday morning - one of the best I have ever had.
Everything cooked to perfection and came to the table piping hot. Couldn't fault it and the staff were very friendly.

Food solid, wait staff exemplary had bit of craic early morning
Service was extremely slow. Took over 25 minutes for our drinks then another 20-30 minutes for our sandwiches. But food was lovely.
Did not expect such a delicious feed! Got the mightiest club Sandwich I have ever eaten and a huge sized portion of lemon meringue! Value for money and very friendly staff!

A welcome find on our trip to Newry. We were lucky the sun was shining, & we sat outside. There was a canopy overhead for my partner who preferred some shade. The staff were incredibly friendly & service was excellent. I got a delicious toasted gluten free scone. I rarely see gluten free scones on my travels, so was delighted. Value for money. The bathrooms were spotless. Overall, a lovely afternoon tea experience.
Come here for your breakfast on a Saturday morning - this is a Newry tradition. Get yourself a tailor made Irish breakfast (no arguments here about whether you can have beans and/or nushrooms). The staff are professionals, able to manage 200+ covers without batting an eye. 90% of the clientele have been coming here since they were kids.
Lovely, authentic place. No alcohol on offer but the Irish stew took me back to my childhood.

Very busy when we arrived on a Saturday at lunch time but they we were greeted promptly and had a table sorted very quickly. We had a 4 year old with us and her food was sorted quickly. The food was delicious. There was an excellent atmosphere and the staff were attentive despite the lunchtime rush. A very pleasant experience was had by all of my companions.
