Brought a group of people down here for the day. Great food, staff always willing to help. Great price on all the products. You can get anything from toothbrushes to cement mixers . Good garden centre filled with everything you need for the garden.

I went 5 or 6 years back and was a little disappointed, I know things need updating but sadly it's becoming the same any other store and garden centres and similarly priced, although some things were good prices and I managed to get some Christmas crackers and a few other bits. The restaurant was quite odd, it looked like and out dated school dinner hall, and so did the food, it was a little colder than I like my food but it tasted lovely, the teas and coffees were good and we joked about a "jam rolypoly with custard" and one of the assistants said she'd go ask, a very hot jam sponge pudding with very hot custard arrived at the table, that made my husband a very happy man.

I hadn't been inside trago for years I just popped over to see David Rowlands funfair in the carpark Afterwards I did pop into trago it's not as remembered so vast so much stuff to look round I would say it's not as cheap as it was I did find it quite inside but to be fair it was midweek maybe it's different on the weekend The play area hadn't changed much but did look tired and the coach park was empty Overall it was fun to look around pick up some bits and the staff were very pleasant not sure how they remember where everything is to be fair Lovely to the funfair back at trago

Always good for a look round and a bargain or two. Bit disappointing that there is only one wheelchair for customers to use. Mum injured food and could really have benefited from this, never mind. Love the shop and recommend it to all. Petrol 18p a litre cheaper than the local area.

The best bargain shopping complex in the South West! I've been going to Trago Mills for over 40 years. First with my grandparents, then my parents, and now with my own family. It's a huge, ever growing complex selling everything you could think of. Household goods, clothes, food, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, carpet, building materials and everything for the garden. It even sells pets and birds. The prices are always competitive and generally lower than usual retail and there is a lot of stock to choose from. The carpets are very cheap and very good quality with good knowledge from the staff and great delivery service. Also the garden section is vast, with lots of plants, pots, sheds and materials to choose from. Also, there are lots of rides and attractions to see whilst you are there, go carts, slides, play areas and a little train to take you on a tour around the outskirts of the area. They all cost very little, so are good value for money. The restaurant is one the best features as it is very cheap. You can get a good breakfast for about £5 or choose one of the specials which are generally the best thing they sell. I had steak and kidney pie on the day of writing this review and it was the best pie I've eaten in years! Home made, piping hot, absolutely full of soft meat and gravy with a massive pastry top. Awesome! Cheap, simple food done very well. To top it off there are peacocks walking around everywhere and don't seem bothered by the multitude of humans staring at them. Well worth a visit!! Top tip: If it's a nice day, have a walk at the top of the garden section. There is a nice, quiet area with a huge lawn, fountains and statues. Edit.... Visited today and had another great experience. My daughter has a serious peanut allergy and sometimes it's difficult when visiting restaurants. Jody the chef took time to check the menu with us and even cooked the meal from scratch for us in a different area. Great service that we haven't always received, even from perceived "better" restaurants. Many thanks.

Always love a visit to Trago, It's lovely to see the huge selection of plants in the garden area, have a bit to eat, browse around the huge shop which sells just about everything. You can even take a train ride. The list is endless and could easily take you all day. Well done Trago

Stopped at Pinocchios Cafe for a quick bite to eat and thoroughly enjoyed the tasty and good-sized sausage and bacon sandwiches. Also served with crisps and salad for those wanting to feel healthy. Service was great, probably waited 10 minutes for the food, drinks were poured at the time of ordering the food at the counter. The other dishes being served all looked to be nicely cooked. Good value, nice food, and friendly staff, a credit to Trag Mills.

Big place! Was surprised at how many outlets there was surrounding this store..... some nice things to buy, vast majority, mixed in price but all good. The eateries were impressive, especially the Whippy ice creams!! Wish had known about the train ride as would have allowed more time - great idea along with playgrounds for a family day out!

Lots of interesting small shops to look around. Bargains to be had in the main store. There's no shortage of food outlets and seating. It appears to be less run down now than it was earlier in the year. It looks like a concerted effort has been made to clean the whole area up. The gardens were incredibly interesting. It gave me the impression that the designer had been given an unlimited budget to create the most random 'rooms' that could be dreamt up. The canal boat is the most random item I've ever seen in a garden!
