We sampled Riccas Christmas menu and it was delicious. We shared the garlic mozzarella bread (a whole pizza) and Brushetta alla Genovese to start, followed by the sea bass.
The welcome is always so friendly and the food is delicious.
Their Christmas menu is 3 courses for just £32.99!

Food great, atmosphere good. Was quite busy and only a couple of staff on so the service wasn't the best but we will be coming back again for another round in the future.

Really good restaurant, there was 11 of us and they accommodated us. The food was fresh, hot and really flavoursome. The children said the Spaghetti bollonase was amazing and just ate it up without being told too. The staff were friendly and available without being stood over you. It was a lovely end to our holiday. Would definitely go back.

Had the loveliest three-course meal at Ricca’s hosted by Hilda and her lovely team. For starters, we got calamari, breaded mozzarella and mixed olives - I was too squeamish for the king prawns but my partner said they were the best he’s ever had and the other starters were equally as impressive!
I had an AMAZING bowl of Penne Pollo Picante pasta for my main - really nicely seasoned and the sauce was actually spicy!! Loved that the Parmesan came in a pot on the side and the garlic bread dome was also a super nice touch.
After all that, we were pretty much filled to the brim but just couldn’t say no to that Biscoff cheesecake which was genuinely the best I’ve ever eaten. It’s worth the visit just for the cheesecake in my opinion!
All of our dishes were absolutely incredible - so fresh, tasty and flavourful. As a whole, it was a 10/10 experience - the restaurant is an absolute gem xx

Myself & my partner enjoyed a Friday evening at Ricca’s & from the minute we arrived we had amazing service with such a welcoming presence! The staff were second to none & couldn’t be more friendly & helpful! The food was honestly so delicious, the king prawns and homemade meatballs are a huge recommendation! It is a hidden gem in Newton Abbot and would definitely suggest a visit! Hilda was also a particular star and we cannot thank her enough for such a lovely evening ☺️

Everything was fab! Service was excellent the food is to die for. The wine list was great and the atmosphere here is lovely. Don't go through Newton Abbot with paying them a visit! We will definitely be dining here again when we are in that neck of the woods.
