Used to be my local but hadn't been in since moving to Devon 21years ago. Has under gone a refurbishment at some point and improved an already excellent local hostelry, one member of staff recognised me after that long. The service is as good as ever, will definitely pop in again when in the area.
We attended a 37th birthday party, and we were made so welcome by the locals, staff & those attending the party. It was an amazing atmosphere 👏 thanks
Great little pub for families, couples or just to have a drink. Would come here again

We went to the Victoria on Saturday Night for our Christmas meal.
Unfortunately 3 people had to cancel last minute but Manager was really nice about it and did not charge for them.

Great service and good food at reasonable price! Friendly staff Catherine took really good care of us! She introduced us to the nearby attractions after knowing we are new to this area, had a chit chat with us and made sure we are comfortable! Food is delicious, apple pie is yummy! A good place

Very nice pub with great choice of drinks. Rear garden really nice and great play area for little peeps. Well worth a visit. Staff really nice too.

Went with family for Sunday lunch. The children's play area is excellent. The interior is clean and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful. The food was lovely but could had done with another slice of meat as 1 was not quite enough.
I seriously cannot say a bad word about this place kath and her team absolutely go above and beyond on every visit! I'm not a pub person but I do love coming here nice food nice drinks amazing events! Had a blast tonight at the charity bingo can't wait for the next one!

Meet my mate, , who has a 5 year old, he love playing on the play area, very family friendly, good beer not expensive! Good mix of people!
Just had a lunch at The Victoria the food was beautiful all home cooked! Proper chips no frozen food! The kids had 2 courses and myself and mum had 2 for £10 drinks all for £29!! Can't get any better than that! Outside is brilliant for kids huge play area. We will be visiting again in summer to make
Great place, fab staff. I ordered a cheese and bacon burger. It was served with chips and burger sauce. Everything was really good, but there was no offer of salt and vinegar other than that highly recommended.
Really nice place, the staff are lovely. Decent pint and reasonable. We didnt eat but the food coming out looked nice.
