First time using. Kids are for free and the food was good quality. We waited 5 minutes to be served and while I appreciate the young lad was working hard by himself; he should have turned around and advised he’d be with us shortly but he just blanked us.

Full English and chorizo breakfast eggs were absolutely banging. If you haven’t visited this hidden gem, you are missing out. Lovely pot of tea too!

Never been in a Tesco where the displays was so empty and unloved. Barely anything tidy / straight. It'll be desperate times where I will take time out to stop here and not Aldi just up the road for any essential supplies. I suppose it did have a toilet so all is not lost.

So unbelievably cross.
Just received my Tesco dot com delivery... and some total and utter whatever has substituted the grass fed outdoor reared basically treated Arla Organic Full Fat Milk with the most messed around processed stuff possible. (Cravendale). Plus it was even a different type (semi-skimmed.)
As of 22:18 pm, less than an hour after my delivery... Currently I tried to put in what organic milk is available and 7 that is 7 types of organic milk available for a delivery booked for 9am tomorrow morning (Thursday 28th), including the one which was substituted.
In other words there IS organic milk at the store which should have been delivered. So so fed up!

I organised a delivery for yesterday afternoon between 2-3 the delivery arrived nearly an hour late! I recived a text message at 4.18to tell me my delivery driver was running late and would arrive between 2and 4.17, when I checked the delivery over there were several items missing, I contacted customer services who arranged a delivery for my remaining items to be delivered the following day between 12-1 it is now 1.20 and my delivery still hasn't arrived why?? Terrible customer service, also several of the fresh items I received had the same use by date so I had 3days to use about 5 items chicken, mince, steak etc I didn't refuse the items as I needed food to cook! Awful customer service very unhappy 2 afternoons wasted waiting in for Tesco home delivery!!!

Beginning to tire of Tesco's failing product quality standards and the way that they keep getting shelf edge pricing labels wrong. Shelf filling seems to be amateur and the gents in the Newtown branch was absolutely filthy - the "checked these facilities" sheet is a joke.

Called at the cafe for a coffee on the long trip to Cardiff from Abergele. Always stop at this Tesco going to see my Mum and sometimes. do some shopping their for Mum on way to Cardiff

Tesco home delivery dreadful recently, regularly receive items with 1 day left before out of date or very poor veg/fruit which is past its date. Multipack yoghurt with 1 day before out of date. At least with meat u can freeze. Had so many issues recently feeling frustrated as all I get is an apology and told if I order and arrange delivery between mon-fri they will take better care and to avoid weekend delivery. Tonight delivery not turned up! Still sat at the store and no one knows why. Shocking service which had been getting worse over last few months. You obviously don't value my custom

Just hit/wrecked my brick pillar 19.25 tonight whilst I was out and was seen by a neighbor then just drove off
By the state of the pillar there must be a fair mess on the van.
